Hong Kong toy regifting service combats plastic waste

As children around the world eagerly await Christmas Day, a toy subscription service in Hong Kong is offering monthly goodie bags of used toys to combat plastic waste in the densely populated city. 'Pekes', or 'little ones' in Spanish, uses donated toys to create rotating 'toy kits' for families to receive a selection of new toys each month.
